HOW TO ENTER

To receive an entry into the draw, entrants must:

• Be a resident of Wollongong Local Government Area.

• Complete the requested details of the coupon as part of the promotional flyer “Enjoy Wollongong and Beyond” received in their January 2010 Wollongong City Council Rates Notice.

• Visit Tourism Wollongong’s Visitor Information Centre located at the Southern Gateway Centre at Bulli Tops.

• Pick up the “Tourism Passport - Wollongong and Beyond - Summer 2010" edition and place the completed coupon into the “Entry Box” provided at the Visitor Information Centre, Southern Gateway Centre Bulli Tops.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on How to Enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Wollongong Local Government residents who receive the “Enjoy Wollongong and Beyond” flyer as part of the Wollongong City Council rates notice January 2010. 
3. The promotion commences on 31 January 2010 and closes at 1600hrs on 28 February 2010.
4. Only 1 entry to the prize draw is allowable for each resident household or rates notice holder. No additional entries are accepted.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Entries close at 1600hrs AEST on 28 February 2010. The draw will take place at Tourism Wollongong’s Visitor Information Centre at Southern Gateway Centre Bulli Tops NSW at 1605hrs AEST. Winners will be notified by phone, email and results will be published in Tourism Wollongong’s March 2010 E-newsletter.
7. The prize including: Overnight accommodation at Wollongong Golf Club Best Western City Sands, 2 adult entry passes to Illawarra Fly Treetop Walk, 2 adult entry passes to Jamberoo Action Park, family pass to Science Centre and Planetarium, family pass to Jumbulla Aboriginal Discovery Centre, dinner for two at Windjammers Restaurant at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach; cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, individual prize component terms and conditions apply.
8. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any component of the prize is not included.
9. Any costs associated with entering the promotion is the entrant's responsibility.
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Tourism Wollongong (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
11. All entries remain the property of Tourism Wollongong and will be used in order to conduct the prize draw. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. The entrants details will be used by Tourism Wollongong to promote to the entrant as a subscriber of Tourism Wollongong, information about current tourism activity and any future promotions. The entrant has the opportunity to refuse to receive further promotional information from Tourism Wollongong by indicating on the prize entry coupon.  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to Tourism Wollongong at their address set out below.
12. This promotion is conducted by Wollongong City of Innovation Limited trading as Tourism Wollongong, postal address is Tourism Wollongong PO Box 379 Wollongong NSW 2500, ABN 8300 2291 590.
13. The promotion is also conducted in accordance with NSW Government Communities Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing as a Gratuitous Lottery and as such no permit is required.
